Abstract
Littoral cell angioma (LCA) is an extremely rare benign splenic tumor with typical histomorphologic features, which is difficult to be distinguished preoperatively from other benign or malignant splenic tumors. It is a unique vascular tumor of the spleen, with abdominal pain or as an incidental finding when undergoing physical examination. In this paper, we reported three cases of LCA treated in our hospital. Their clinical symptoms, pathological features, clinical treatment as well as the prognosis are discussed.Entities:
