Data were expressed as mean ± Standard Error Mean (SEM), where n=6 in each group. Differences were considered significant at ***P<0.001 when compared control group vs ulcer control group (c) and Test groups vs ulcer control group. For numerical results, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Tukey-Kramer Multiple Comparison post tests were performed using GraphPad InStat Version 3 (GraphPad Software)
