Abstract
Almost 50% of breast cancer occurs in women over the age of 65 years. The incidence of non standard adjuvant treatment increases with age and this group are under represented in clinical trials. We discuss tools to aid patient selection and adjuvant treatments including surgery, radiotherapy and systemic therapies for this group of patients.Entities:
