Abstract
A highly enantioselective primary amine catalyzed α,α-bis-functionalization of β-ketocarbonyls and cyclohexanones is described. This transformation employs N-hydroxycarbamates as both nitrogen and oxygen sources under aerobic oxidative conditions to furnish chiral N,O-ketals with high yields and enantioselectivities.Entities:
