Abstract
Single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy is still difficult for most thoracic surgeons. Placement of an endo-stapler is one of the key issues when handling the bronchus or pulmonary vessels through one incision, especially if it would interfere with the traction belt. Therefore, we developed a novel method with an intrathoracic vertical overhanging approach to make the placement of the endo-stapler easier during single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery lobectomy, and share our experience in this paper.Entities:
