Abstract
BACKGROUND: Yoga can reduce blood pressure and has also been suggested to reduce inflammatory biomarkers and metabolic risk factors for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). The PPS consists of all patients who practiced yoga at least once a week for 9 weeks or more and who had no change in medication during the study period
