Erratum

After publication of the original article [1] it came to the publisher’s attention that there were errors in the formatting of Table five. The first Outcome ‘Emergency caesarean delivery’ was incorrectly separated by a line break. The second and third Outcomes ‘Preterm birth’ and ‘Birth type (other presentations than normal cephalic)’ were formatted on the incorrect lines. These errors have been corrected in Table 5 below.
