Abstract
A case of granulocytic sarcoma (chloroma) of the temporal bone in a male child is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed by electron microscopic and histologic findings. The patient presented with otologic and neurological manifestations. CAT scan was at first normal but after some months a mass was apparent in the apex of the petrous bone and a manifestation of preleukemia appeared.Entities:
