Abstract

Diketopyrrolopyrrole-based semiconducting span>n class="Chemical">polymer nanoparticles with high photostability and strong photoacoustic brightness are designed and synthesized, which results in 5.3-fold photoacoustic signal enhancement in tumor xenografts after systemic administration.
