Abstract
We present a patient with autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) who had persistently positive ganglionic nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antibody levels despite immunosuppressive therapy. Rituximab-based therapy for an incidental lymphoma was associated with prolonged symptomatic and serological control of AAG.Entities:
