Abstract
Open repair of ascending aortic pseudoaneurysm (AscAP) carries high risks and mortality rate. Previous papers reported the off-label use of standard thoracic or abdominal endograft in very selected cases. We present the case of a 57-year-old man with an AscAP successfully managed with a new custom-designed endograft.Entities:
