Abstract
Di-George's syndrome is a rare condition of congenital immunodeficiency. An infant presented as hypocalcemic tetany with multiple infections. Autopsy confirmed the hypoplasia of thymus and thyroid associated with other anomalies. A brief of the relevant literature is presented.Entities:
