Abstract
Dermoscopy has been shown to be a valuable tool in the diagnosis and monitoring of several infectious diseases. We report a case of tinea corporis in an infant in whom dermoscopy helped us to determine vellus hair involvement, causing treatment to be switched from topical to systemic antifungal therapy.Entities:
