Abstract
Isolated acute lunotriquetral (LT) injuries are an uncommon diagnosis in hand surgery. Diagnosis is aided by a high index of suspicion when pain is localized over the LT joint. Standard radiographs show typically normal findings, leading to advanced diagnostic investigations, including MRI and wrist arthroscopy. Standard treatment options for acute LT injuries include immobilization, arthroscopy, and direct open LT repair.Entities:
