Abstract
Release of muscle stem cells from quiescence involves the coordinated effort of transcription, mRNA stability, and translation. We focus this review on post-transcriptional regulation of muscle stem cells and highlight the impact of deregulated mRNA homeostasis on muscle aging and muscle disease pathogenesis.Entities:
