Abstract
Fluorescent nanoparticles made of cross-linked dansylated surfactants allowed efficient donor-donor energy migration within and beyond the nanoparticles when the nanoparticles aggregated in the presence of oppositely charged energy acceptors. The light-harvesting system enabled a single acceptor to quench the emission of over 500 donor chromophores.Entities:
