Abstract
We discuss a patient with an aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) presenting with chest pain, electrocardiogram changes compatible with myocardial infarction, and headache. SAH is a medical emergency but an initial misdiagnosis is common, and diagnosis can be delayed due to atypical presentations. The delay of diagnosis of SAH may endanger the life of the patient. Electrocardiogram abnormalities have been described previously in aneurysmal SAH, and can obscure the correct diagnosis.Entities:
