IQR = interquartile range (25th–75th percentile); PRO-CLARA = patient-reported outcome-CLinical ARthritis Activity; ROAD = Recent-Onset Arthritis Disability; TJC = tender joint count; RAID = Rheumatoid Arthritis Impact of Disease; CDAI = Clinical Disease Activity Index.
PASS thresholds for each measure defined by the 75th percentile of the cumulative distribution, for patient who rated their condition as PASS positive, by plotting ROC curves and identifying cut-offs that yielded 80% specificity and by plotting ROC curves and identifying cut-offs that yielded the smallest number of false-positives and false-negatives.
