Abstract
A 31 year old woman presented with resistant hypertension. Investigations revealed that she had Conn's syndrome. Computed tomography showed both adrenals to be normal but an ectopic adenoma was identified posterior to the stomach. Surgical excision of the tumor confirmed benign aldosteronoma and cured her hypertension. We believe this to be the first report of Conn's syndrome caused by an ectopic adrenal adenoma.Entities:
