Abstract
Myospherulosis is an uncommon foreign body reaction that occurs in tissues exposed to antibiotic and oil-based ointments. Radiographic imaging of this lesion may suggest other diagnoses. Treatment consists of conservative surgical removal, and is usually curative. We report herein a case of myospherulosis presenting as an extremely unusual multilocular radiolucent lesion.Entities:
