Abstract
The present case describes the successful management of a rare case of communicating internal-external resorption in which both internal and external resorption seem to develop independent of each other. The case report highlights the importance of correct diagnosis and need of revision of classification system of resorptive defects.Keywords: Classification; Endodontics; Mineral trioxide aggregate; Tooth resorption
