Abstract
Human chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is a frequent and disabling complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Regulatory B cells (Bregs) are IL-10-producing B cells that are able to inhibit the innate and adaptive immune responses. We have recently demonstrated a defect in regulatory B cells in human cGVHD.Entities:
