Abstract
Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage is most frequently caused by rupture of an aneurysm or arteriovenous malformation. Early clinical diagnosis is important to avert fatal hemorrhage. Surgical treatment should be carried out in patients in good neurologic condition.Entities:
