Implantation of metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma in the hernial sac: a case report.

Abstract

Malignant tumors may appear in inguinal hernias. We report a rare case of a metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma in the inguinal canal in a patient presenting clinically with an inguinal hernia. The clinical details, histological findings and surgical management were described.
