Vertical Scar Reduction Mammaplasty.

Since 1989, the authors have performed vertical scar reduction mammaplasty on over 3000 patients. In 2006, the authors described their technique. Since then, the authors have made several modifications that they believe have improved both the reliability of the procedure and the outcomes that they are able to achieve.
