Abstract
We report a case of an accidental finding of an aberrant right subclavian artery diagnosed in an adult man during a 4-French coronary angiography performed by right transradial access, then confirmed by multi-slice computed tomography. Tips and tricks have been suggested to complete the 4-French procedure avoiding changing the vascular access.Entities:
