Abstract
•Uterine sarcomas are rare in adolescents. Adenosarcomas are even more rare. Uterine rupture, as a presentation is a rare entity.•It is hard to diagnose sarcomas preoperatively. It is still hard even postoperatively due to variable morphologic features.•Experience of the gynecopathologists and oncologic surgeons is the hallmark of the treatment option.Entities:
