Abstract
The standard method (Green et al., 1979; Simon and Green, 1985) for cultivating human keratinocytes was simplified and adapted to support growth of large keratinocyte sheets (up to 105 X 280 mm) in glass roller bottles. The keratinocyte sheets can be used to cover burn wounds and skin-graft donor sites.Entities:
