Abstract
Indicating signs of congenital cysts of the larynx are inspiratory stridor, dyspnea, weak cry, feeding difficulties. Complete or partial absence of such symptoms does not refer to a true congenital cyst. A false diagnosis could occur, due to small directive clinical signs.
