Abstract
Here we present a young female with missing left lung and history of upper respiratory infections in childhood. The lungs have ability to grow and regenerate in children. She has had no major complications into adulthood. It is important to know diagnosis in recurrent pulmonary infections and here bronchoscopy was diagnostic.Entities:
