Abstract
The prognosis of patients with stage I non-seminomatous germ cell tumors is in general very good. However, a large number of patients relapse with metastatic disease after orchidectomy Therefore, adjuvant treatment, in the form of either chemotherapy or retroperitoneal dissection is recommended, although active surveillance has been found to be as good a way of treating these patients with overall excellent results.Entities:
