Abstract
Congenital coronary aneurysm is a rare disorder and most of the previously reported cases were necropsy findings, usually in association with other coronary artery abnormalities. Although rupture and thrombosis were the most common causes of death, the management of this condition has not been well defined. A patient with a right coronary artery aneurysm which remained stable over 8 years is described. It is suggested that the disease might be compatible with long-term survival.Entities:
