Abstract
Central nervous system relapse in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) occurs in 8% (all risks). Leptomeningeal infiltration is the usual form of relapse and pituitary stalk involvement is rarely found. We report the CT demonstration of pituitary stalk relapse with endocrine evidence of disruption of the hypothalamo-pituitary axis.Entities:
