Abstract
This report describes a patient with a history of breast carcinoma who presented with back pain and multiple collapsed vertebrae. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated a diffuse bone marrow abnormality, more in keeping with an infiltrative process than with metastases. A bone biopsy confirmed the suspected diagnosis of vertebral involvement by amyloid.Entities:
