Abstract
The rate of chlorhexidine (CHX) allergy is increasing. Anaphylaxis is common but mild reactions often go unnoticed. Diagnosis is easy to miss, but presentation can be severe and can occur at any time during a procedure. Hospitals must have management plan for patients who are allergic to CHX.Entities:
