Abstract
A solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is a rare type of mesenchymal tumor composed of uniform spindle cells that is classically described as a patternless feature. SFT normally originates from the pleura, with an SFT originating from skin rarely reported. We report what we believe to be the first case of an SFT arising from the ankle. Our case was confirmed histopathologically with immunohistochemical staining.Entities:
