Abstract
OVERVIEW: The authors present a case of early percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube dislodgment, attempted replacement, and subsequent sepsis that resulted in the patient's death. Gastrostomy techniques, complications, preventive strategies, and proper tube management are addressed.Entities:
