Abstract
Immunization generates several memory T cell subsets that differ in their migratory properties, anatomic distribution, and, hence, accessibility to investigation. In this issue, Steinert et al. demonstrate that what was believed to be a minor memory cell subset in peripheral tissues has been dramatically underestimated. Thus, current models of protective immunity require revision.Mesh:
