ITS sequevars from A to G has been reported previously (9) and H to L reports as new genotypes base of ITS sequences.
Fig 1Distance matrix tree showing the divergence of ITS sequences of the Iranaian clinical isolates of M. fortuitum. All alignment positions which are occupied by residues were used for the calculation of binary distance values. The topology of the tree was evaluated and corrected according to the results of maximum-parsimony and maximum-likelihood analyses. The bar represents 0.1 estimated sequence divergence.
