Abstract
A case that demonstrates the use of three-dimensional computed tomography and anatomic replication in the management of a severe anterolateral open bite deformity is presented. Preoperative surgical treatment planning was facilitated by rehearsal model surgery. Construction of an accurate surgical splint enabled precise positioning of osteotomized segments at surgery.Entities:
