Abstract
We present the case of a 56-year-old man who complained of numbness in his cheek, and was shown to have a very large partly thrombosed aneurysm of the ipsilateral petrous carotid artery. The radiological findings and differential diagnosis are discussed. Aneurysm of the petrous carotid should be included in the differential diagnosis of any parasellar mass.Entities:
