Abstract
Trapidil was given orally (200 mg, Rocornal dragees 100 mg) and intravenously (100 mg) to 12 healthy volunteers. Serum samples were analyzed for trapidil by HPLC. Complete bioavailability was obtained and a mean absorption time of 66.4 min was calculated using the method of curve moments.Entities:
