Abstract
A patient with diffuse localized amyloidosis of the bladder was considered for cystectomy because of intractable gross hematuria. Oral colchicine (2 mg. daily) was commenced and 4 years later the patient was asymptomatic with minimal evidence of amyloidosis cystoscopically.Entities:
