Abstract
The case of a cavernous angioma of the tentorium cerebelli is described. This is the seventh reported case of a cavernous angioma in this unusual location and the first of a dural cavernous angioma demonstrated by magnetic resonance imaging. The clinical presentation, radiographic features, and surgical treatment of these rare tumors are discussed, along with a review of the literature.Entities:
