Abstract
A 60-year-old man presented with a history of progressive sleep disturbance due to an intraoral parapharyngeal salivary gland tumour. The sleep study performed post-operatively showed rapid resolution of nocturnal hypoxic episodes. This appears to be the first recorded case of a parapharyngeal mass causing sleep apnoea and we review the current literature on obstructive sleep apnoea.Entities:
