FigurePhylogenetic analysis of chikungunya virus strain isolated in French Polynesia on September 29, 2014. The evolutionary history was inferred by using the maximum-likelihood method based on the Kimura 2-parameter model. The percentage of trees in which the associated taxa clustered together is shown for values >90 next to the branches (1,000 replicates). Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA6 (http://www.megasoftware.net/mega.php).
