Abstract
Schwannomas are primarily benign. Sacral schwannomas in the retroperitoneum are rare and symptoms are uncharacteristic, often hampering diagnosis. Treatment of choice in symptomatic cases is complete excision while observing asymptomatic patients. We present a case of a 68-year-old male with a large intrasacral tumor extending into the pelvis.Entities:
