Abstract
A 9 year old girl underwent laparotomy because of intermittent diarrhoea, present since infancy. Histology of a mass at the head of pancreas and multiple hepatic nodules suggested an apudoma. Plasma serotonin and urinary excretion of 5 hydroxy indole acetic acid were raised. The child is asymptomatic four years after diagnosis.Entities:
