Abstract
Papillary architecture is one of the most common morphological patterns in renal cell neoplasms. Many renal cell neoplasms can also exhibit, diffusely or focally, papillary growth pattern. This article reviews all the renal cell neoplasms with papillary or pseudopapillary architecture, with an emphasis on recently described new histological types. New insights into the "old" entities, including their immunohistochemical and genetic features, will also be discussed.Entities:
