Abstract
We report two cases of patients with chronic renal failure showing rectal bleeding due to digestive ulcers, associated with Kayexalate(®) alone. Kayexalate(®) crystals correspond to a typical histological picture and it is important to know how to identify them in order to discuss a possible pathogenicity.Entities:
